The ageing process is commonly accelerated in the hands due to their intense and continuous usage and constant exposure to environmental pressures. Despite hands are the part of the body most exposed to UV rays and damaging external factors, we tend to care and apply less protective or cosmetic aids than on the face.
The ageing process leads to overall thinning of the epidermal skin, as well as to the loss of soft tissues, including adipose tissue (fat tissue). As a result, over the years blood vessels, tendons and outlines of the metacarpal bone become visible on our hands.

About the treatment:
The treatment consists in the introduction, via cannula, of dense hyaluronic acid or hydroxyapatite in the back of the hands - skin filling and elevation, deep hydration and reduction of wrinkles will be obtained immediately.
The anaesthetic cream will be applied locally before injection and its effect will last for approximately 20 minutes. After the procedure, you may notice slight swelling, hypersensitivity sometimes minor bruising of your hand skin. For the next two weeks, protect your hands against overheating and UV rays (sauna, solarium). The effects of the treatment last an average of 12-18 months, after this time the treatment should be repeated.
